BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited from now on will provide Investor Relations Services to Singer Bangladesh Limited through periodic financial analysis.
In this connection, an agreement was signed between the two companies in the city Wednesday, said a press release.
Managing Director and CEO of Singer Bangladesh Limited AM Hamim Rahmatullah and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Brac EPL Stock Brokerage Limited Mohammad Rahmat Pasha signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
The main objective of Services is to provide effective communication between Singer and the investors, financial community to focusing the performance of the company.
Among others, directors of Singer Bangladesh Sajidur Rahman Khan, Mokbul Ahmed, Mohammad Sanaullah and Akram Uddin Ahmed and Corporate Affairs Manager Kazi Ashiqur Rahman and Head of HR & Corporate Affairs of Brac EPL Stock Brokerage Nagma Mahmood, Associate Director (Research) Sajid Huq and Research Analyst Parvez Morshed Chowdhury were present at the deal signing ceremony.
