Shurwid Industries Ltd is set to go public and offload 14 million shares, said a press release.
The company signed an agreement in this connection with ICB Capital Management Ltd for the appointment of issue manager at a city hotel Wednesday.
Shurwid Industries Ltd Managing Director Zahedul Hoque and ICB Capital Management Ltd Chief Executive Officer Abdur Rouf signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations.
Other high officials of the two organisations also attended the occasion.
